Spot the deliberate mistake..
Where, Telegraph? Where is the X axis? Where is it? What does it MEAN??!!
And in another article.. “One in four of us will have a direct experience of mental health or have a loved one who has been affected. ” – so given, during your life, including families, children, partners and friends, each of us might have 50 or so loved ones, what you’re actually saying is “1 in 2000 people will suffer from a mental illness during their life” which is a bit less scary isn’t it?
I know you’re thinking.. “This is your own fault for reading the Telegraph” and yes, yes it is. I should go back to the Guardian which is full of spelling mistakes but at least they seem to understand statistics a bit better.
